Personal Information: I do not collect, store, or process any personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. The Extension operates entirely locally within your browser.
Technical Information: The Extension does not collect or store technical information such as your IP address, browser details, or operating system information. It solely interacts with the active LinkedIn tab as required for its functionality. 

Cookies: The Extension does not use cookies or similar tracking mechanisms. The only data stored is your last selected filter (e.g., 6h / 12h / 2d / Rest), which is saved locally within your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device. 

How the Extension Works:
The Extension provides functionality to:
1. Allow users to filter their LinkedIn home feed by recency (Last 6 hours, Last 12 hours, Last 2 days, or Rest).
2. Read the visible timestamps of LinkedIn posts and classify them into time-based categories. 3. Remember the user’s last chosen filter locally for convenience.
Note: The Extension only processes data locally and does not transmit any data to remote servers or third-party services.


Third-Party Services::
The Extension does not employ any third-party services for analytics, payments, or any other purpose. All operations are performed locally within your browser environment.


Permissions and Their Justifications
The Extension requires the following permissions:
1. host_permissions (linkedin.com)
Justification: This allows the Extension to interact with your LinkedIn feed to read post timestamps and apply filters.
2. storage (localStorage)
Justification: This is used to store your last selected filter (6h / 12h / 2d / Rest) locally in the browser for a seamless experience. No data is stored permanently or shared externally. 

Your Privacy Rights
As the Extension does not collect, store, or share any personal data, the following rights are inherently respected:
1. Right to Privacy by Design: The Extension is designed to prioritize user privacy by not transmitting or storing data externally.
2. GDPR Compliance: No personal data is processed or shared, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations for European users.
